Greater Seattle Area

Proficient at creating and using origin- and blend-specific roasting profiles on Diedrich 120- and 240-k, Probat L-25, and sample roasters. As part of a team of 4 production roasters in large scale manufacturing environment, daily duties include (but are not limited to) scheduling production levels, project management, implementing and ensuring quality.

Greater Seattle Area

In charge of operating a high volume, double-sided drive-through retail coffee outlet. Duties included (but not limited to) ensuring all daily operations run smoothly, ordering and delivering supplies, vendor interactions, marketing, emergency and preventative repairs, human resources, new product development, social media management, and more.
