Managed the Developer Surety team and provided underwriting for a specialty line of surety contracts for builders and developers in British Columbia. Duties included: team supervision, business development and product promotion, portfolio management, marketing to developers, building and maintaining relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

Provided commercial guarantee underwriting to over 400 professional residential builders in the central interior of British Columbia. Responsible for business development, marketing and ongoing management of a developer / builder portfolio. Duties included relationship management of 400 developer and builder accounts, evaluating financial positions, credit status and risk through financial analysis. Administered the Developer Surety department’s banking and cash security operations.

Worked as a licensed security broker; provided investors with detailed information on financial products and a median to trade various securities such as stocks, options (derivatives), bonds and mutual funds.

Managed a portfolio, which included over 200 small business and personal customers with a total value of over $30 million. Provided financial advice to clients with both personal and business investments and credit needs while selling mortgages, credit products and investments such as fixed income and mutual fund products.
