Part of a 12 man domestic fire crew, I was responsible for the up keep and servicing of the station and vehicle equipment. I was part of a small Haz Mat technician team that was avaiable 24/7 to give specialist advice and was able to perform tasks in a hazardous environment should the need arise. I was also a red cross first responder for the entire station and would perform many stand by duties for sporting events.

Providing emergency crash firefighting cover for the London and Cambridge universities flying squadron trainee pilots. Other day to day duties included BA wearer, First Aider, emergency driver and maintaining fire service vehicles and equipment.
