Lead and Manage SENTIR Research Lab's Accommodation Research Center and the USAF Airmen Accommodation Lab to conduct anthropometric RDT&E and fitment of humans and equipment from footwear to aircraft.

Managed the organize, train and equip functions for 3500 aviators in 8 Air Force specialties across 42 states/territories and 65 wings.

Responsible for 15k aviators in active guard and reserve. Managed entry requirements, force health, force structure, training and set acrion plans to achieve strategic objectives.

Special Mission Aviator Instructor. NCOIC of scheduling and NCOIC group weapons and tactics.

Lead team to remove barriers preventing women's initial, continued and/or successful and healthy service in the United States Air and Spaces Forces. Responsible for the identification and removal of barriers in a myriad of female fitment matters such as flight uniforms, ground uniforms, entry anthropometric standards, body armor and much more.
