• Email distribution and forwarding to Management, Billing, Accounts and QHSE as required• Making Email replies for Management , Accounts, Billing, Administration, etc • Preparing quotations for clients.• Scanning documents for accounts, billing, admin and for client requirements and converting to PDF when required• Making introduction emails for new clients and visiting them if required for marketing purpose• Uploading certificates on Dropbox • Checking monthly draft of Eni• Delivering the draft to and submission of final bills• Working on various tasks and assignments as assigned by MD and Manager Admin/ HR.• Filling of official emails,• Filling of Certificates of trailer, Cranes etc• Updating database of the cranes and trailers etc• Preparing emails for nomination of Supervisors for trainings and keeping record of it.• Checking Water Bill once a month.• Searching Trackker reports in absence of Designated personnel• Installation of Microsoft Windows and office as and when required • Converting packing list of clients from CM or MM to FT• Remind Manager Operations for Monthly data of Client and send the same by 5th of every month• Assist Manager QHSE in Audit at head office and workshop (ISO / Client)
