I am Biological Sciences graduate with course work in general and medical biology and a graduate of associates of nursing program with PACT license.I have 8 years experience in a hospital and surgical center setting assisting with surgeries and local procedures, sterile processing experience, bedside patient care, and medical equipment/materials management. I also have experience in pre admissions of an outpatient surgical center interviewing patients for pre-surgical optimization in preparation of scheduled surgeries.I am currently gaining experience as an RN on a surgical progressive care unit while planning to pursue a nurse practitioner degree.
