Transitioned the company from antiquated processes; 50% inventory write-downs, unknown outstanding retainage, 40% variance in EBITDA, and zero internal controls, to a company with advanced data mining, GAAP reporting, and monthly monitoring of all assets. EBITDA increased by 2% during tenure. Monitored 20+ data points, identified key drivers for KPIs, and focused dashboard reporting on the key metrics to measure and improve EBITDA.
