During the Spring of 2020, I also assisted in transitioning General Chemistry II to an online format due to the COVID-19 pandemic by assisting with lecture video closed captioning and centering student needs by accommodating the new and unique learning environments many were rapidly thrust into 2/3 of the way into the semester.
