• Manage/Maintain the banks various FISERV core systems• Assist with the banks financial reporting projects using Business Analytics• Manage/Maintain the banks core databases on SQL Server 2005/2008 and DB2

• Manage/Maintain the banks Daily Download process from the offsite data repository. This data must be available each morning, and is loaded into our local data repository, which is used throughout the bank for various reports and processes.• Perform RDBMS upgrades and patches, on SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008.• Perform re-indexing and other tuning maintenance.• Perform encrypted and compressed database backups, full database restores and object-level restores using LiteSpeed for SQL Server.• Perform Installations of SQL Server from media.• Assist in setup of database level security including users, roles and profiles.• Assist with troubleshooting of errors associated with performance and storage.• Assist in writing complex SQL for use in monitoring and tuning each RDBMS.• Provide assistance/guidance to all areas of Information Systems.• Act in a database liaison capacity with other departments, divisions and organizations.• Assist the Database Development team in creating, debugging, and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.

• Create, review & maintain stored procedures, DTS packages, SSIS packages, functions, triggers, views & tables. Migrated database objects from Development to Test to Production environments according to the SDLC. • Provide level 3 support to Production Database team. • Participate in project development from planning to implementation & maintenance according to SDLC. • Work closely with Application Development to produce Web-based reports & forms. Create Business Objects Universes and Reports using various BO development tools. • Perform database backups & restores on an ad-hoc basis & as part of database maintenance plans. • Assigning appropriate permissions to SQL Server & Oracle using database roles, logins & object permissions. • Participate in documentation of projects & standards. • Perform installations & upgrades of SQL Server 2000 & 2005.• Create automated solutions using Network Automation’s Automate 6 product.• Participate in the creation of automated Starview reporting, using Monarch Pro in conjunction with Monarch Data Pump.

• Financial report writing using various tools such as Oracle SQL (using Toad or Benthic Golden to interact with the oracle databases), Visual Basic 6.0, Actuate eReport Designer, Actuate eSpreadsheet and Crystal Reports. • I also assisted in the maintenance of the bank's General Ledger. • Using Actuate eReport Designer, I created the front-end to BankAtlantic’s Management Custom Scorecard report, which measures all the departments within the bank using various measurements, goals and thresholds unique to each department.

• Financial report writing using various tools such as Oracle SQL (using Toad or Benthic Golden to interact with the oracle databases), Actuate E-Report Designer, and Crystal Reports. • I also assisted in the maintenance of the bank's General Ledger.

• The daily input of journals into the Metavante Financial system. • The daily reconciliation of the Deposit Non-post Control Account and other General Ledger accounts. • Correcting General Ledger Ticket rejects and balancing the General Ledger suspense accounts. • Uploading general ledger entries from associates at other branches along with the Accounts Payable daily transactions. • I was also responsible for the review and input of all Employee Mileage & Expense Reports, General Ledger Interface table maintenance, and General Ledger Account Maintenance. • I used Windows NT, Excel, Word, Outlook, the Metavante Financial System, the Acura Financial System, Lotus, Approach and limited internet usage.
