* Oversees the present, and future planned, DEI digital communication components associated with the Needham Public Schools DEI website.* Works independently to make changes to the DEI site in alignment with: systemic diversity initiatives in NPS, guidance from the Assistant Superintendent of Student Support Services, and principles of DEIB. *Maintains a site that has dynamic content that is rooted in: current DEIB practices and pedagogy, current DEIB practices within the Needham Public Schools, and DEIB initiatives within the greater Needham community as it strives towards more equitable and inclusive community spaces. * Archives important historical information, NPS administrative responses to inequities, and resources in the DEIB space that are no longer topical, but are intertwined with the ongoing National conversation about our collective identity in the wake of racism, the current conversations in the DEI ecosystem, or in NPS’s current direction towards more equitable and inclusive spaces.* Collects and analyzes site analytics in order to make data driven decisions about topics that are most heavily accessed on the NPS DEI website, and those resources which are not used.* Creates and fosters relationships with NPS equity-based groups such as the REAL Coalition, REAL based sub-committees, and town based equity groups. * Curates resources related to administrative directives in the NPS and the DEIB space, timely and appropriate PD opportunities, resources for students, ERGs, school specific initiatives.* Integrates the dynamic nature of social media (Instagram, Twitter, Goodreads) with the DEI space as a bridge to NPS district specific initiatives and reports, updates/written statements from the REAL coalition, opportunities for PD in the DEI space, events/days of recognition for members of marginalized communities, links to primary sources to increase representation in the historical record, resources for students and families.
