• Responsible for implementing best practice workflows in the ambulatory setting, primarily utilizing Allscripts Electronic Health Record (AEHR/Touchworks).• Serves as primary liaison and point of contact for 70+ medical practices within Northwell Health Physician Partners. Supports these practices in their utilization of AEHR.• Collaborates with practice leadership in order to identify areas for improvement, create action plans, provide training for users, providers, and administrators, and follow up as needed. • Utilizes reporting tools to gather data on quality metrics (MIPS/MACRA) and gaps in care. Creates strategies to improve completion of applicable metrics and educates relevant users on best practices.• Conducts targeted AEHR training sessions with individual providers and small groups. Identifies needs of each user and proposes solutions to improve physician and staff satisfaction.• Provides post-GoLive support to newly acquired physician practices, including regularly scheduled check-ins and discussions with administrators to identify pain points and improve processes.• Collaborates with service line leadership across the health system to identify, create, and implement new workflow recommendations – including ways to streamline revenue cycle processes and improve both doctor and patient satisfaction.• Proficient in the use of third-party applications which work in concert with AEHR including Midmark (EKG & Spirometry), Dragon Medical, Follow My Health Patient Portal, and GECB-Soarian.

• Worked with end users to identify ways to streamline their utilization of AEHR/Touchworks and optimize existing workflows. • Provided customized in-person and virtual training and support for existing AEHR users designed to fit individual users’ needs and target areas for improvement.• Collaborated with AEHR education team to support new practices after their GoLive with AEHR. • Provided support post-GoLive to ensure best practices were implemented among providers, practice administrators, and clinical/clerical support staff.
