To document these maintenance activities and failures, I utilize the Resource Viewer and Forum Notes equipment manufacturing tracking system database.Furthermore, I actively provide inputs and suggestions to the Department Manager, Supervisor, and/or Equipment Engineer to enhance the PM cycle-time, improve tool availability, ensure quality workmanship, reduce wafer scrap, and minimize the cost of ownership.
