Senior Sales Manager
Current*Building our own SalesForce from the ground up, to position ourselves as a pioneer in the insurance industry for the real estate sector. *Forward-facing agency platform, engaging in direct contact prospects, as well as those pipelined by API integration.*Our primary focus is to ensure that all our prospects are provided with insurance quotes that adhere to their lender’s requirements, while also improving our process.*Identify process improvements and product enhancements to have worked on in ‘stages’ by our tech team.*Generating and tracking different measurable reporting metrics & KPI’s for the whole company, to better formulate work-flow patterns, identify “pain-points” experienced by any users of our products (“Co-Branding” partners, API lenders, prospects, etc.), and continue to build out our processes so that our teams progressively improve production and efficiency.-I am the first U.S. hire & the first licensed agent hired, and managing a team in India-Team Monthly Sales month-over-month exceeding $350K in most recent months(set Company Record for individual policies sold, and monthly net written premium MOM)-Company Sales approaching $1MM per month-Regularly establishing partnerships with lenders across the country to assist them with their real estate insurance needs, and building rapport in the industry to earn referrals
