Freeflow Plumbing cc an operational plumbing closed corporation concentrating on Domestic and Contractual plumbing, currently based in Yzerfontein, on the Cape West Coast, while still installing Solar System and domestic plumbing in Cape Town City Bowl, Suburbs and outlying areas.Key areas of responsibility:• Managing all operational and financial aspects of the business • Planning and implementing all company and property advertising• Sourcing and acquiring parts relating to the plumbing business for specific requests or legal requirements• Establishing and developing relationships with home owners and building contractors• Dealing with client enquiries, developing a client base and managing client relationships / service levels• All aspects of Health and Safety for the plumbing and building industry • Repairs and maintenance for domestic and commercial plumbing ( replacement of geysers, blocked or leaking pipes, blocked drains and/or any plumbing, depending on the scope required by the client • Renovations of bathrooms• Conducting market analysis and keeping up to date with legislation and trends affecting the domestic and commercial plumbing requirements• Costing and quoting from plan for new premises/buildings and domestic existing requests• Contractual plumbing off plan and final fitting and installation • Managing all related administrative and legal aspects • Solar installation - most system available (heat pumps/solar)
