Reporting directly to the companies MD and owner my role of Bespoke Operations Manager has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and experience, some areas of my role include:- Controlling the businesses South Wales operations, currently managing a team of engineers and operators to develop and produce products to customer requirements with the use of the following technologies: CNC Machining, CNC Engraving, Rapid Prototyping, Technical Finishing, EOL Assembly and Testing- Developing operational strategies to improve company wide efficiencies across all sites to provide a lean manufacturing environment, reporting performance to MD level highlighting any areas for improvement and action plans for implementation- Customer relations and accounts management from enquiry stage through to delivery of production ready products, working alongside customers to understand their product need and providing practical solutions to fit a desired budget- Managing multi million pound bespoke production projects managing UK based teams and teams overseas at the WCM China facility- Working alongside internal and external technical engineering teams to develop complex products and assemblies including customer and supplier based - Research and development of new technologies and equipment in order to provide customers with cutting edge solutions- Supply chain management ensuring that the lean manufacturing is reflected at source through to WCM sites- Working alongside the companies quality department to ensure customer product quality standards are met, aiding in the completion of PPAP and PSW activities- Assisting the management teams during audit phases to ensure company accreditation’s and standards are maintained year on year- Working to industry standards across the Automotive, Aerospace and Nautical sectors

- Reporting directly to the companies MD and Owner- Managing all company wide marketing activity and budgets- Managing the in house marketing team and working alongside external marketing suppliers- Building targeted marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C and reporting these to the companies Owner and shareholders- Digital Marketing - Including: Website Management, Social Media Management and Email Marketing campaigns- Print Marketing - Including: Specialist Publication Advertising, Targeted Mail Shots, Development of Sales Promotional items- The development of a company wide database system to aid in Operational running along with customer management systemsAs the company went through rapid growth I undertook more responsibilities with the Operational Management and development of new company sites leading me into the role of Bespoke Operations Manager

- Prior to employment I conducted a full Marketing Report on the current status and future direction of the company and provided a technical action plan to the company directors, this led to being offered a full time position within the company as Marketing Executive- Reporting directly to the companies group of Directors and Owners- Fully controlling all of the marketing activity and budgets across the whole company- Built future marketing plans to develop as the company grew- Provided support to Sales Teams both internally and externally - Digital Marketing - Including: Website Management, Social Media Management and Email Marketing campaigns- Print Marketing - Including: Targeted Mail Shots, Delivery of a twice yearly brochure, Press Advertising- Database Management- Developed joint marketing activity alongside the WRU, Disney, Premier Golf and College Worldwide Holidays
