Working for the last 16 years in the Asset Information Management Space I have worked with Bentley, Hexagon and Aveva in this space. Having worked as the project implementation specialist, team lead and solution architect for the vendor and for the customer of major oil firms in Canada and as the lead for a major consulting firm for an implementation for one of the world’s largest producers in the middle east, I know exactly what is needed to deliver. On top of this I have also worked in the support/sustainment area in the same space.All of the above gives me a unique perspective as to the issues within this space and what is required for the client to be successful and perform the necessary technical, data and organization transformations to be successful from design through implementation into sustainment.My view is nothing is impossible, you must be enthusiastic, engaged and think out side of the box to push every project you work in and everyone you work with to be the best they can.
