This organization supports the small, medium, large enterprise customers as well as Government and Public sector consisting of roughly 52m customers and 32 billion in revenue. In this role, Chris owns all operational aspects including but not limited to: Systems and Technology, Business Intelligence, Go to Market,Resource Management, Customer Experience, Communications, Employee Engagement, Security, Compliance and Vendor Management as well as Strategy and Business Transformation. The vendor aspect consists of close to 2,000 employees in 6 locations. His Digital Transformation role consists of Online Self Serve Portal design, development, transformation personalization and engagement. His leadership of this online aspect of business and government portal currently enables over 103m self service transactions each year driving millions of dollars of savings and revenue into the business.

Operational leadership for organization consisting of roughly 12,000 internal employees both domestically and internationally as well as vendor organization of over 5,000 employees globally. All aspects of operational support including but not limited to: systems, real estate planning, Business Continuity leadership, reporting and analytics, training and compliance. In this role, he also led Business and Cost Transformation efforts driving over 100m in yearly savings.
