Each brought with them their own challenges, representing a huge amount of opportunity to grow the brands, both on and offline.As Global eCommerce Project Manager, a key component of my role was to identify and implement a project management tool, and subsequent PM processes, to ensure work quality and efficiency is maximised. Given the complexities of a corporate structure like Unilever, the number of stakeholders involved, and the quantity of work-streams, the PM process was quintessential to the management and execution of day-to-day tasks. -

The replication of this model across numerous international sites is destined for success, and I am fortunate enough to be at the forefront of this exciting journey. -
