This position is with the Stitch Fix Inventory Accounts Payable Department. I am responsible for processing vendor invoices in Oracle in a timely manner using 3 way matching. Organize, process and maintain vendor invoices. Communicate with external vendors to resolve discrepancies and coordinate payment as necessary. Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding balances. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain approvals as necessary to process invoices. Ensure accuracy and detailed review of all GL coding to maintain accurate tracking of departmental budgets. Maintain AP aging schedule and clear old outstanding balances.

This was a temporary role. My duties were to assist internal and external employees with resolving errors on invoices and invoices backup they have submitted for payment communicating through email. I was also responsible for new vendor setup and ACH/wire setup and making sure their W9’s and ACH/wire forms were filled out correctly. I was also responsible for following up with vendors if we received returned mail to obtain their new address and request a new W9 from them with their new address and update their info in NetSuite.

This position was with Corporate Properties Group Accounts Payable. I was responsible for performing varied accounting activities. My duties included handling internal and external customer inquiries by researching, identifying issues and resolving in order to exceed customers expectations, GL re-class entries, vendor account research, stop pay/reissue/check void processing, recurring payment contract setup and maintenance, collaboration with members of GL and Finance Accounting teams on proper GL coding, research and resolving SAP invoice exceptions and perform special projects as requested.

My duties include stocking shelves, backup cashier, providing excellent customer service, making sure my work area is kept orderly and clean and make sure the store looks it’s best at all times.

Provided excellent customer service with a smile. Had a wide range of duties that included bagging groceries, assisting customers to their cars, maintaining a clean area, putting unwanted items back and assisting customers find items in the store.
