• Provides appropriate intervention program according to the individual in the autism and ADHD spectrum’s unique needs, implemented in a structured and unstructured setting. • Provides Applied Behavior Analysis -Verbal Behavior, Speech and Language Therapy, Social Skills Development Program.• Practice and applies Discreet Trial Training, Errorless Teaching, TEACCH, and Play Based intervention. • Facilitated and headed programs for the Project - Based Class. • Informs the parents / guardians of the student’s progress through journals, updated program track sheets, one-on-one meetings and 6- or 12-months’ progress reports, • Collaborates with the student’s school administration and teachers and ensured that the skills the student learn from us are applied and used in school, and vice-versa’ from coping with academic challenges, and interaction with teachers and classmates. • Works hand -in hand with the parents and the student’s caregivers, close relatives, and significant others in managing behaviors, social skills, different learning techniques suited for the student’s learning style so as to ensure the continuity of methods used through implemented home programs that was designed for the student.• Prepares materials for teletherapy and other online activities for the students during the pandemic.
