I’m a banking and finance professional, with an extensive career in operations and customer service. Loan processing, financial services, and customer care are my cups of tea. My current position is operation administrator, which entails a delicate balance between managerial efficiency and looking after personnel's welfare. I applied my skills in personnel, task, and project management. I have gained confidence in leading several teams in achieving deliverables. Recently, I have also expanded my skills in content design and internal communications. I have also explored content copywriting and editing. I have nearly two decades of experience across a range of multi-national industries. I have worked for one of Australia’s top brokerage groups; an Australian-owned offshoring and outsourcing company based in the Philippines; one of Australia’s fastest growing fintechs; and most notably, the America’s largest investment banking company.I have also worked for different firms including customer service providers, business process outsourcing, and industrial corporations. I have prior background in psychology-related field, namely: human resources, compensation and benefits processing, and psychological diagnostic and testing administration. I have tinkered many tools and software. I’m also a tech savvy guy. Each role is a learning experience for me. I am a firm believer that one should continue to harness his or her abilities and skills. There is always a room for improvement. One should take advantage of gaining new insights, especially at this time and age.
