My goal is to assist and educate my clients to help them make an informed decision when it comes to buying, selling or investing in real estate. Ultimately, I want to build lasting relationships and help my clients build generational wealth for their family. I have been in the industry since 2012 as a cost accountant for a real estate investment company. My experience and network help my clients make accurate budget construction estimates and can help put a construction project together.

My job responsibilities were to ensure that our construction budgets were accurately followed and construction timelines were met. I worked directly with the project managers to verify that our timelines were being met and, if they were over budget, we would be able to avoid additional overages and fix the problem. I was involved in over 300 construction projects.I had many other task's including creating financial spreadsheets on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis. Talking to banks and negotiating better rates for our assets. Paying vendors and handling our day to day business operations. This is where I learned how to evaluate real estate assets and identify equity in properties. It is the foundation of my real estate experience and one of my key strengths.

My responsibilities included day to day accounting, reconciliation of all accounts and maintaining city taxes owed. I worked with the owners on creating a marketing strategy to work with other wineries and local restaurants. I also helped at the front desk checking in customers and being the point of contact regarding questions and providing excellent service. I answered the phone and took reservations for our customers and helped around the property in many other capacities.
