In the year of 2016, I worked on maintaining the HFC network. Starting as a trainee I was determined to learn all about the network and perfect my skills. Through the years I have successfully achieved all my targets and became a very valuable asset.I have built a very close relationships for all operational centers e.i NOC, NOC RESILIENCE, PERFORMANCE TEAM and IWF (internal work force).I have all accreditation's required to work on the NBN network. Jobs performed on HFC NOC Network Incident (P2 - P4)Resilience Network Incident (P4)NAR APEX tickets DOCSIS 3.1 HELD ORDER Tools which I can use are CM3000, VSE1100, UNA, Expert Trak I have many exceptional skills which I have learnt and developed over the last few years and I have trained many technicians new methods to find faults and fix to quality and they are all successful in this industry.
