Up until end July 2024, I was steering the national sales strategy for Continental Tyres of Australia for the commercial specialty tyre division, my role was focused on expanding the industrial and specialty tyre segment across Australia and New Zealand. This position leveraged my extensive experience in managing sales and developing innovative business solutions, honed over 14.5 years with the company. Having developed my rubber R&D and compounding expertises whilst at Dunlop Malaysia technical department and together with a Diploma of Management, my approach combined strategic leadership with a zest for tackling new challenges and navigating complex sales landscapes.At the core of my professional drive is a passion for fostering relationships and pursuing excellence within the tyre industry. My tenure at Dunlop Malaysia, managing international sales, laid a strong foundation in industrial, Port and OTR tyres, underscoring my commitment to advancing Continental Tyres' market presence.
