-Responsible for the corporate finance technology roadmap & strategy, serving as the strategic partner for Finance in modernizing our financial systems platform. Lead our systems support team for corporate finance and advisor loan domains, Alteryx center of excellence team supporting the entire organization, and loan servicing & collections team supporting the operations of advisor lending.

- Own Revenue processes (Budget, Forecasts, Actuals) for the company, including private label credit cards and 3rd party credit card relationships.- Spearheading RPA (robotic process automations) to leverage bots and AI throughout the company.- Responsible for Cash handling in our stores, reconciliations, and reporting of Cash handling to impacted teams. - Own the business license automation supporting all of our store locations. - Automated over 5,400 hours of work in FY19; on track to automate over 4,300 hours of work in FY20.- Saved the company over $800k in savings in FY19 by restructuring processes and improving the control environment. - Developed new Tableau reports for our Field Leadership team to have automated reports available on-demand.- Implemented ReconNet (TrinTech product), DTS (cash management), and AMT (real estate).- Own ReSA, Lawson, ReconNet, & Cadency financial systems.

-Perform analysis on Revenue, deferred Revenue, Credit Card Receivables in accordance with ASC 606 etc.-Provide forecasts and review actuals against forecast. -Manage Gift Cards- redemptions, activations, cancellations, and ensure accounts reconcile. -Month-end Manager- responsible for sales, gross sales, and net sales. -Lead and design a new ERP Sales Audit Software upgrade as well as a new Cash Management System. -System must integrate with POS, all Credit Card companies, Banks, Inventory Management Systems, and our General Ledger.-Responsible for Revenue and Receivable totals. -Facilitate Robotic Process Automation calls with vendors and work to streamline manual processes.-Lead a team of 10 individuals.
