Visual storyteller with strong production and project management skills who delivers high quality work under compressed timelines in fast-paced 24/7 broadcast environments.A lifelong learner who firmly believes no job is too small, I learn fast, am not afraid to fail, and have excelled in my role because I quickly earn trust and am given the opportunity to take on new projects and try new things.Prior to a career in broadcasting, I spent 7 years in retail management, customer service, and hospitality I enrolled at Montclair after meeting my now fiancée, where I gained broad exposure into all areas of production operations and was recruited by one of my professors to join the team at MLB.Within less than three years here, I have been promoted four times, most recently to Associate Producer, am entrusted with high profile projects such as season recaps and other features, and was recognized with an Emmy along with the team for our work on MLB Daily.Through diverse experiences in various industries, I’ve honed an understanding of the importance of putting the customer/end-user first in all decisions. As logging supervisor, I train and mentor new team members and am the point person for rapidly triaging and mitigating technical support issues.As the liaison between management and technical teams for our daily production workflow, I am frequentlycalled upon to troubleshoot issues on the fly, identify workarounds, and project-manage longer term solutions in a 24/7 broadcast operations environment.My sweet spot is being able to take an idea or concept from inception to delivery with minimal direction. I gravitate towards longer-form storytelling content where I have creative license to grow something from scratch.Some of my favorite projects have been a 2021 Atlanta Braves season recap entitled How They Got Here and creating the highlights for the 2022 World Series.
