Quality Control Manager-Liaise between Client, Contractor and Subcontractors to ensure Permit, Contract and Specification adherence.-Ensure all safety and quality standards are attained throughout all project related activities, including dredging,contract reporting, hydrographic survey, reclamation operation and disposal operation.-Manage and track all contract modifications, schedules and payments.-Prepare comprehensive RMS reports, serial letters, requests for information, pre and post constructionsubmittals and periodic schedule updates.-Develop, review and enact project Environmental Protection Plans, Quality Control Plans, Accident PreventionPlans, Work Plans, etc.-Chair weekly progress, preparatory, initial and follow up meetings to ensure contract and specificationcompliance.Project Engineer- Overall lead for all site engineering tasks through supervision of site engineering personnel, productionmonitoring, survey data collection and volume calculation.-Manage and develop Assistant Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Field Engineering Technicians andEngineering Interns.-Provide site and corporate management with data driven solutions developed by the engineering team toexceed anticipated production rates, plan vessel and crew movements, and-Develop and enact project Engineering, Survey and Operational Plans.

Assist the project engineer developing site engineers through mentoring, technical training, and ensuring safety and quality control of the engineering team’s duties including:• Dredging theory application• Dredge production reporting & dig strategy• Engineering project layout, dredge cut and disposal operational plan and pipeline positioning• Engineering and survey data acquisition and deliverables• Pre-project planning• Marine construction safety• Hydrographic and topographic surveys planning and execution• Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance• Installation, Operations and QC of on-site equipment guidance systems

- Ensure a safe working environment during all operations and tasks- Land and Hydrographic surveying for construction management purposes- Dredge production and positioning monitoring- Daily quality control and quality assurance monitoring and reporting- Turbidity and environmental monitoring- General support for operations and team members

Responsible for carrying out multi-beam hydrographic surveys, single beam hydrographic surveys, and land surveys in support of the dredge and support equipment on beach fill, land reclamation, channel maintenance, and capital improvement projects. Responsible for the preparation of daily dredge production reports; daily construction progress reports, and the preparation of submittals in accordance with client’s contractual requirements.Responsible for the daily quality control checks of the hydrographic survey systems, land survey equipment, dredge guidance system, positioning information systems on material barges and/or spill barges.

Similar to the Site Engineer, the Site Engineer is responsible for carrying out multi-beam hydrographic surveys, single beam hydrographic surveys, and land surveys in support of the dredge and support equipment on beach fill, land reclamation, channel maintenance, and capital improvement projects. Responsible for the preparation of daily dredge production reports, and daily construction progress reports in accordance with client’s contractual requirements.Responsible for the daily quality control checks of the hydrographic survey systems, land survey equipment, dredge guidance system, positioning information systems on material barges and/or spill barges.
