I started in the title industry straight out of high school, in 1994. I started at the bottom, pulling microfiche, re-filing orders, and highlighting documents that needed to be pulled. Later moving onto examining refinance orders. Throughout my career, I strive to learn anything and everything I can about the title industry. Upon joining Fidelity national title in 2002, I began really examining residential property in Maricopa county, and all the outline counties that we had the systems to examine. In 2015, I began examining sectional orders and worked my way into commercial property examinations. From then on, I have examined residential, sectional and commercial property for any and every county that was available. I’m not afraid of learning new things, taking on new tasks or change. I’m highly adaptable, easy-going, analytical, and thorough.
