I manage a team of Business Account Managers who are responsible for end-to-end account management of a portfolio of business accounts in the Northern Indiana Market. My team conducts all aspects of the business to business sales process, from generating leads, prospecting, producing proposals, running meetings with C level Executives and owning the customer experience beyond closing negotiations. We provide a wide range of business solutions and hardware to customers and prospects.-Produced first outer market President’s Cabinet Winner in 2017.-Produced second President’s Cabinet Winner in different territory 2018.-Have developed and promoted the most Account Executives in the region (5 in 4 years.)
