Assist the Director in managing and overseeing the operations of the HOA Department. Work with the Director to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures. Ensure that the department is meeting its goals and objectives, and that all clients are receiving excellent service. Manage and supervise staff members within the department. Respond to client inquiries and complaints and ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Prepare and present report to the Director on departmental operations and client satisfaction. Participate in budget preparation and management for the department. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in the HOA industry. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and recommend changes to departmental practices as needed.
