Sales Coordinator
Current• Order processing - quoting, manual calculation of costs and amendments through order life cycle• Produce quotes, invoices and purchase orders on Sage 50 Accounts• Discuss with customers about products and services offered• Communicate with suppliers about purchasing requirements• Liaise between factory and customer regarding changes or factory queries about the order• Purchase office supplies, paint stocks, factory consumables and equipment from various suppliers• Assess paint stocks on daily basis for future stock requirements• Resolve issues in aftercare with customers and provide solutions to customer problems• Process card payments (in person or via phone)• Daily Order Checking• Archive documentation • Developed my ability to work as part of wider team and communicate with a varied group of people
