• Responsible for design and implementation of internal bespoke database - features include order confirmation reports that can be emailed or printed, analysis reports on production capacity for future orders, staff reports on work completed and graphs on factory performance • Update database with new requested features (reports etc.) and quality improvements by managing director, production manager and production staff - features added include multiple reports on production capacity, staff timings and basic customer analysis• Added invoicing system and delivery note documentation to reduce duplication of data in work ecosystem and improve time performance• Added interface with Zebra sticker printer for production of professional touch up bottle labels • Added restrictions for various users to prevent sensitive information being viewed or sensitive actions being taken • Currently work includes an archiving system, improvements to speed of the database and implementing a barcode scanning system to the database
