I have a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. While in college, I had two study abroad experiences (Maastricht, Netherlands and Berlin,Germany) and an intership (American International Group, Inc.). For ten years I worked for WorldCom/Verizon Business as an order entry representative for business-to-business data communications. Was responsible for order entry of the Global Data Link product learned in Dallas, Texas. Was the dedicated international order entry representative for Dun and Bradstreet/Moody’s, Ann Taylor/Merrill Lynch, Concert, and Domestic/Metro Private Line. I also worked for six months as a Patient Registration Interviewer at a newly built facility. Ten years collective experience in international customer service. Skilled team member with leadership qualities. Highly skilled at resolving customer issues. I am very detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change.I was adopted from South Korea when I was three and a half. My father was born and raised in Italy. My mother is American born who taught French and cultural understanding for 34 years.My dream job would be a job where I can be a catalyst in bringing people together for a common goal and assist them to become the best they can be.
