- Primary work focus is the design and development of Frame and Front Suspension components.- Work alongside Roush Enterprise engineers to solve durability and design issue.- Meet with suppliers weekly to assure component development meets ford requirements and issues.- Team with different departments to solve multi-system design issues.

- Lead and manage all DVA studies for seven Ford Motor Company automobile lines.- Research and quote requested studies from Ford customers.- Coordinate and delegate DVA studies to other engineer.- Review all DVA models, results and reports before sent to Ford customers.- Organize meetings with Ford customer to discuss DVA study result and design recommendation.- Mentor and train DVA engineer II in DVA modeling skills.- Participate in taskforce teams to improve quality in the DVA department.- Continue performing all responsibilities of a DVA engineer II.

- Daily work involved creating and maintaining models representing the assembly process, tolerances and CAD data used for variation analysis of Ford automobiles.- Undergo fit and finish analysis on all interior and exterior interfaces to improve quality of Ford automobiles.- Performs “What If” studies on request of Ford customer to help solve product issues and recommend design changes.- Create functional analysis models to predict possible assembly problems based off geometry and part variation.
