Through various experiences in healthcare I have begun to learn how the systems work and the vast amount of work that is completed behind the scenes. This has driven me to pursue a degree through which I can better patient care and healthcare systems. After completing my undergraduate degree in Health Promotion and Health Equity, I knew that would not be the end for me in regard to my education. I decided to work towards earning my MHA in order to equip myself with as many tools as possible to be prepared to make strides in my future career in healthcare. Through my education, experiences, and skillset I will set myself up for a career of lifelong growth, development, and leadership.
