• Identifies bid requirements:o Scope of workso Major scope of supply of equipment• Review the documents and ensure that all data required for pricing are available in documents.• Prepare tender queries for missing information/drawing or any contradiction between the documents.• Send inquiries to the specified/non specified suppliers for materials & equipment.• Receive quotation from various suppliers, evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements such as capacity, quantity, specifications, deviations etc.• Arrange to get the quantity take-off from the drawings (Using Bluebeam Software).• Prepare direct cost pricing using cost software CCS/Candy system (Construction computer software system)• Discuss the costing with Senior Estimation Engineer.• Identifies bid qualification and clarification.

• Responsible for preparing shop drawings & as-built drawings• Prepares coordination drawings and coordinate to other disciplines
