I am a knowledge management (KM) scholar-practitioner with experience in conducting, documenting, and disseminating lessons in a variety of IT implementations and process improvement efforts. My current specialty is SharePoint Administration and Development (SP 2013 and SP 2019).I have 20 years experience in the United States Air Force. As an officer, I led many diverse teams of subject matter experts who performed information technology management, administration, security. I also served as a communications officer and intelligence planner at the Defense Intelligence Agency. In the last four years of my military service I served as a communications systems inspector with the Air Force’s Air Combat Command.
