The Agency Director is responsible for the overall sales and operational results of the branch, and ensures that all home care support services are delivered in a safe, efficient and effective manner, in accordance with established quality standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.-Drive the development and implementation of the branch's marketing and sales strategies to increase client census/revenue growth and business development. Develop and maintain relationships with state and county referral agencies to promote the branch's programs and services, and expand its client base. Develop referral sources with Managed Care Organizations along with other governmental contractors. Participate in national and regional home care industry organizations to follow trends and developments, and identify potential business opportunities.-Manage the overall operational execution of the branch and provide direction and guidance to the branch staff for the scheduling and performance of home care services. Ensure a high level of care is delivered to all clients and resolve service issues timely and proactively.-Manage the branch's daily activities and administrative functions, including client/employee scheduling, personnel management, payroll processing, billing preparation and records maintenance. Oversee and participate in the recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch staff, and coordinate the design and implementation of staff education programs.-Responsible for the execution of the branch's annual budget. Monitor the branch's performance against established revenue, expense and profitability targets, and implement appropriate corrective actions to address problem areas and/or negative trends.-Participate locally in the Company advocacy program to educate and favorably influence legislators and other elected officials in Congress and state government to the benefits of in-home care services, reimbursement rates and program funding.

+Multi-Unit business professional which directly led specific business categories within twelve Walmart retail business units. In this role I was a direct liason between our Home Office and the field units for which I served while interacting daily with other mid and higher level leaders to ensure continuity in the field with corporate expectations. Responsibilities included decision making roles in merchandise, corporate compliance, human resources and financial performance.+Served as a Compliance Leader on assigned corporate compliance responsibilities. Provided compliance training to store managers and hourly associates while serving in this role. Was responsible to ensure store compliance performance was within corporate guidelines in addition to government laws and regulations. In this role I did work directly with state government officials regarding store compliance inspections and compliance.+Served as a Human Resource Partner. Interacted, monitored and advised business units on proper staffing levels and associate performance and development opportunities. +Responsibilities included serving as a Claims Investigator. Various claims were submitted by Walmart customers which I personally investigated, gathered and recorded necessary information and documentation and worked directly with our Claims Administration to formulate a final judgment on corporate liability. First assignment in the Store Manager role while working with Walmart. -This Walmart Supercenter was an eight month old ground up Walmart Supercenter that was not meeting sales or profit targets. Was able to return store to a positive status in less than one year. Exceeded company set store sales and profit targets during my tenure.-As the Store Manager we reduced shrink to one of the lowest percentages in entire market and was below the company shrink target that was set for the store.-Partnered with local Evangelical Leaders, Government Officials, Media Outlets and community residents to improve their perception of our store and company.-Successfully promoted and developed numerous leaders while in the store that transferred to assist other stores in the company.-Was successful in this role and was promoted to a Market Manager role.
