- Evaluate commercial, residential and vacant land using various software programs- Coordinate the Bank's appraisal ordering process- Contact appraisers for time and fee quotes and follow up with an engagement letter to the selected appraiser- Act as the primary contact for questions or issues- Track the order and receipt of appraisal reports through a work pipeline and log- Work closely with appraisers to ensure a timely delivery of reports to the Bank- Review all appraisal reports before sending to the lender- Maintain an updated file on each of the Bank's approved appraiser's licenses and credentials
