I have worked for the Rank Group in Grosvenor Casinos for nearly 20 years. I started as a trainee Croupier in May of 1996. I became a Casino Manager in 2010 and Customer Services Manager in 2015 after a years secondment in the role. My job role includes customer care and complaints, events and event planning, hospitality and customer retention, as well as the general day to day duties required in the running of a successful Casino (and leisure) operation.Part of my job role is engaging the team into delivering the best possible customer experience as well as planning and implementing events and activities in the club to increase customer loyalty and frequency of visits.
