(Over 1000 hrs of classroom delivery)-Coached and supported Six Sigma Analysts to certification. -Coached and supported Cell Leaders to the Qualified Level of World Class Manufacturing-Developed the World Class Manufacturing Qualified level and Performing level implementation plans for site - Planned (3P) & Implemented 5S on LIRR/MNR production lines; saved $718K over two-year period-Designed and implemented tooling management program; saved $546K over two-year period-Improved flooring process efficiency; saved $1.92M over two-year period
