As a Personal Ambassador at Marriott, I am responsible for providing exceptional service to our most loyal guests through prompt and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, mail, and email. My role involves building lasting relationships with assigned Ambassador members by anticipating their needs, actively listening, answering questions, and resolving issues in a seamless manner. I evaluate and analyze each guest's requirements, provide tailored travel solutions that enhance their travel experience, and deepen their loyalty to Marriott's products and services.My key responsibilities include:* Resolving member issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, using my knowledge of Marriott's policies, procedures, and systems to find effective solutions and ensure member satisfaction.* Proactively reaching out to Marriott Bonvoy members via phone, email, and other channels to offer assistance, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations for their travel needs.* Communicating member feedback to Marriott's leadership team and other relevant stakeholders to help improve Marriott's products and services.* Staying up-to-date on Marriott's loyalty program policies, promotions, and offerings in order to provide accurate and relevant information to members.* Collaborating with other Marriott teams (such as reservations, revenue management, and marketing) to ensure a seamless experience for Marriott Bonvoy members.* Through my work as a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Associate, I am dedicated to creating a positive and memorable experience for members, helping them to make the most of their Marriott Bonvoy membership and feel valued and appreciated by the Marriott brand.
