Built, deployed, and manage the automated reconciliation platform and support model for our Hedge Fund Services clients. Platform originally built within the Checkfree Recon Securities application, now has been migrated to the Fiserv Frontier Recon System. Work required system set-up, account structure, import formats, scheduled events, matching criteria, and reporting structure. Presently, the team supports and produces over 11,000 various EOD Position Recons, T+1 Trade Recons and next day Cash Reconciliations, with a Production staff of 4 individuals by 8:00am each morning. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Checkfree Recon Securities (Jan 2008-Oct 2008) Built and deployed the daily automated recon process using the Checkfree Recon reconciliation system in our Direct Strategies area to take the Hedge Fund recon process from a monthly to daily reconciliation model. This reduced the companies and clients exposure from exceptions from a monthly time frame to daily, minimizing the risk associated with trade breaks and posting errors.

Maintained and provided system support for various business units’ products within the organization from a technology and service perspective by providing application, hardware and data base support. This consisted of maintaining and ensuring server environments were operational, provided research and execution of requests within the various products databases and providing 24/7 on-call support.

Developed as a continuation of my Project Lead role from my previous position, I continued to support all aspects of the Checkfree Recon Securities application, while adding managerial aspects of the team such as leadership, daily support, training, and addressing of staffing needs. Performed various client implementations and conversions, while completing adhoc project requests from various business units.

• Performed client implementations, provided daily support, and training of Checkfree Recon Securities to the SPTC Reconciliation Team and other various business units.• Completed various adhoc requests in assisting other SPTC departments as needed.SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Checkfree Recon Securities (Oct 2001-Sept-2002) Built and deployed the automated recon process model using the Checkfree Recon Securities reconciliation system in place of the manual process that was used prior. This expedited the delivery, accuracy, and timeliness of the daily DDA reconciliations. This included system set-up, account structure, import formats, scheduled events, matching criteria, and recon report structure. This change in process allowed the team to increase output without increasing staff.

• Creation of SPTC’s Global Mutual Fund and Global Cash Management Teams.• Designed, implemented, trained, and oversaw the daily trading, trade settlement, reconciliation, and income processing procedures for the Global Mutual Fund Team.• Communication to Parametric (Investment Manager) of account updates, facilitated trade transmission to ensure all trades were placed, ensured all information was accurate and timely, and research any discrepancies.

• Supervised the daily trade execution, settlement, reconciliation, and income processing for over 18 client relationships producing on avg. 9000 trades per day across 1,100 fund positions.• Worked with client administrators to resolve any client service issues that arose.SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Fundweb (May 1998-Nov-1998) Transition and implementation of Fundweb (self proprietary) automated Mutual Fund Trade system for SEI Mutual Funds. This process automated the trading process which increased the accuracy and volume of trading potential while reducing the potential of errors.
