Managed projects from initial design all the way through product launch for accessory devices to the company's central technology. As a member of the engineering group we worked to facilitate the design, development, testing and submission to the FDA of the company’s core technology medical device. Was responsible for product design and assembly specifications, coordinating pre-clinical testing, establishing and maintaining cross functional project timelines, leading phase reviews, developing testing protocols for validation and inspection and coordinating with contract manufacturers. Provided clinical support to cardio-thoracic surgeons and staff through on site training, clinical case support and training documentation.
