As a Business Analyst, my responsibilities consist of interviewing Subject Matter Experts on the problem that they see in their daily work. I conduct an initial assessment of the problem and simplify it and create my recommendation on whether or not the problem is determined an issue or not. If the leadership team determines the problem is an issue I conduct a further investigation. I hold multiple interviews with the different Subject Matter Experts in IT and Debt Management. During these interviews, I am tasked with both understanding and thinking about every scenario in which the problem can occur in order to cover the entirety of the problem. I then work alongside data and create a customer effected scope and confirm within the data each scenario that was thought of. Once finished I then create scenarios and recommendations in which the leadership decides to fix and solve the problem moving forward.I also work in the finance area within the PMO office where I work with asset management, onboarding, and offboarding of consultants for the project that I am on. Asset management consists of me cleaning up a program of over 250 employees and ensuring that all hardware and software are assigned correctly. I also onboard and offboard employees with our program as the program has a high turnover rate and ensures each employee is set up to work from the start.

As a Management Coordinator, I was introduced to a variety of different tasks. However, I focused on 3 areas including Business Analyst, Finance, and Administration work. I additionally was a Lean Supporter for my team in order to improve our processes. As a Business Analyst, I looked into my functions data within Tableau to make observations and comments about any deviance or unusual activity within our data. Specifically, I look at all figures and statistics and make forecasts on our current or future based on the analytical data.I also had the responsibility to perform administrative work. This includes booking keeping and looking into monthly cost reports and also maintaining a Full-Time employee overview to manage the future and foresee any changes. Managing access rights and granting them is a part of my daily tasks in order for our workers can work efficiently with the required information they need.I have been appointed the position of Lean Supporter and have the responsibilities of looking into our processes and standards by asking questions and going Gemba to see if any documents or standards need updating or shortening.
