As a well experienced General Manager I am able to deliver the Restaurant Management needs of the business, with the ability to identify and develop strategic plans. I'm confident at managing budgets whilst improving KPI's through staff engagement, coaching and mentoring, performance Budgeting & driving improvements in all areas of store operations. I have experience in different types of restaurants and companies, learning different elements of business management in each role, and trying to build on this knowledge for the benefit of both the business and my team.
