Working in the Field, I would attend customers houses to install and maintain Sky products. From setting up or servicing a box, to full installations fitting dishes and running cable in a neat, tidy and unobtrusive manner. Customer service is paramount as I'm the face of the company and the customers experience with us should be top quality from start to finish, ensuring they feel comfortable to have me in their home. I am also responsible for managing my own time, making sure I complete my daily allocation of jobs, and maintaining my own stock levels.

Working as a Prison Officer I ensure a secure environment for prisoners and staff by directing my focus on the security, supervision and management of many inmates. I carry out numerous duties daily which include:• Giving support and encouragement to prisoners to address their needs• Supporting prisoners who are about to be released or resettled• Responding to all contingencies and emergencies that may arise within the prison walls• Participating in prison officer training programmes• Escorting and supervising prisoners on external visits• Provide appropriate care and support for vulnerable prisoners who are at risk of self-harm• Escorting and supervising the movement of prisoners around the prison grounds• Ensuring that cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained• Constantly promoting pro-social behaviour amongst prisoners• Performing security checks and search procedures on prisoners and visitors• Assisting in prisoner reviews• Resolving conflict and employing authorised physical control and restraint procedures if necessary• Working at heights and in all weather conditions• Develop and maintain a rapport with prisoners, staff, and visitors to the prison• Dealing with confidential and sensitive information and situations, whilst complying with national policies and legislation• Compiling information and forming reports and documentation• Maintain and updating records and writing prisoner reports

I was always keen to continue my development, therefore volunteering myself to be involved with new store builds and projects. Which allowed me to travel around the UK and I was fortunate enough to be a key member in the development of multiple store builds in New York. This involved setting up and troubleshooting IT Equipment and transferring large amounts of stock whilst working to strict deadlines.
