Managed the execution of partnership operations for five regional support groups and one medical brigade, comprised of 109 separate company-size units spread across eight states from Maine to California. Served as a direct report to the Battalion Commander on all matters pertaining to the unit’s priority mission of partnership and partner unit readiness. • Developed the first battalion Partnership Standard Operating Procedure in order to formalize the reporting requirements and performance metrics for all team members. • Chaired a developmental session at the 181st Multi-Functional Training Brigade Partnership Summit on the execution of partnership operations for units notified of pending deployment in support of worldwide contingency operations. • Coordinated support requirements for large-scale mobilization operations in conjunction with military and civilian partners across the Fort McCoy enterprise in order to successfully deploy 230 soldiers while simultaneously validating an emergency deployment readiness exercise and supporting six additional training units.

Advised, assisted and trained US Army Reserve Component partner units for successful execution of multi-functional logistics operations in support of worldwide deployment. Provided formal evaluation of cumulative training exercises for quartermaster, transportation and ordnance battalions dispersed across four states and comprised of over 5,000 soldiers.• Integrated a team of four evaluators from varying specialties with 26 company-size multi-functional logistics organizations in order to develop functional partnerships that increased their understanding of unit training management, development of training objectives and maintaining personnel readiness.

Directed a logistics training support company of 117 soldiers responsible for the qualification of initial entry trainees to perform their jobs as Automated Logistics Specialists in the US Army. Charged with the establishment of a safe, secure and professional training environment free from violations of Training and Doctrine Command regulations; to include sexual harassment, sexual assault and racial discrimination. • Developed and implemented the new standard for the US Army Quartermaster Center and School Field Training Exercise; increased the operational readiness and proficiency of over 4,000 soldiers in one year. • Maintained the lowest percentage of service member violations amongst 12 similar companies while increasing retention and recruitment for US Army Special Operations units. • Built a team of First Line Supervisors, Instructors and Staff personnel that worked together to maintain the highest readiness standards and trainee graduation percentage across a brigade of over 7,000 trainees.

Deputy Director for Support Operations with a team of 42 employees to plan and execute all logistics operations for 35,000 soldiers with worldwide response: facilities, food, water, fuels, maintenance parts, ammunition, medical supplies & equipment; distribution, transportation, maintenance, contracts and facilities improvements. • Evacuated 5,000 temporarily deployed soldiers and civilians and $150 million of equipment in 18hrs ahead of Hurricane Matthew (Category 5), moving them from austere training settings in coastal Georgia, and setting up full-service safe havens with power, food, and housing, with no loss of personnel or equipment

Led a company of 167 soldiers responsible for the warehousing, transportation and distribution of all sources of supply to an Infantry Brigade Combat Team of 5,200 soldiers during stateside training operations. • Developed the company’s concept of support and oversaw distribution operations for the brigade’s deployment and execution of a month-long rotation at the Joint Readiness Training Center.

Directed a transportation platoon of 62 soldiers during both combat operations and stateside training support missions. Responsible for working with host-nation and third-country nationals while conducting retrograde logistical operations through the Logar and Wardak provinces of Afghanistan. Provided support to an Infantry Brigade Combat Team comprised of 5,200 soldiers: transported food, water, ammunition and general supplies while supporting brigade-size training exercises. • Successfully transported 1,132 twenty-foot equivalent units of retrograde vehicles, equipment and support material through hostile terrain in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. • Developed the operational concept for the controlled demolition of over 20,000lbs of ammunition which had been marked for destruction, eliminating the need to retrograde the material. • Managed the training of 32 crews and fleet readiness of 72 pieces of equipment which resulted in a 98 percent service schedule while meeting 100 percent of support requirements.
