Since I have been working at flash I have worked and been promoted serval times from general staff to Team leader then to Assistant Manger. Within this roll I oversea the day to day running of the centre making sure it’s clean, tidy and all staff know what they are doing each day. Part of my duties is Administrative Management, taking the bookings for all groups and parties making sure all information is places on the system and that we are correctly staffed. I have continued to my roles in my previous position to run and oversea the birthday parties. Running and Making sure the staff are confident and able to take groups, on one of our busiest days. I also take photos and create social media posts for the centre and teach multiple groups of classes; with children and adults with learning disabilities.

As a voluntary Roll I Produced and presented a show on Solihull Radio from august 2020 until February 2021. The station has since shut down. My show was called uniformed youth; the target demographics was 10-14 year olds who took part in uniformed youth services such as the scouts; girls guides and the army cadets. The goal was to produce a show that the target audience could relate to and provide them with a United voice, it’s secondary objective was to shed light on local uniformed youth groups around the area so that parents or younger listeners knew of the groups incase they wanted to join, I achieved this via brining on guests and interviews on the show as well as researching the latest trends and relevant topics for the target audience.

This is a Podcast network which I am trying to Create and Manage. Currently we have one main Podcast on the network which is 'Tea Slurps', with another in pre-production. I produce and Edit the podcasts. On top of this I looki for new ideas and try to develop them into podcasts to help increase the Networks Size and turn it profitable.

In August 2020 I edited videos for a corporate online events business. These videos aimed to teach mindfulness to companies in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. I created engaging and informative videos, keeping in mind the targeted audience, using a variety of recorded clips on Zoom and scripted videos, which were edited through OBS and Premier Pro.

Brayford Radio

This roll was for the Student radio station which aired via the internet. Each week Myself and my Co-host would come up with an interesting topic e.g. cults, Space and time. Research and produce an one hour show around the topic, including facts and music to said topic.

For this roll I had to ensure the bar area was kept clean and tidy and following hygiene regulations. Food was efficiently dispensed and as well as serving drinks. Communicating effectively with customers and dealing with complaints in a professional manor. Handling cash, giving correct change and working with the till systems. To be aware and comply with all health and safety and food hygiene policies. It was a fast pace high intensity job at times, with long hours, but you got through it working as a team helping each other out and laughing.
