    After completing the graduate program, I successfully applied and got the role of Desktop Engineer Role at Cambridge assessment. I work with a team 10 of staff members They are many key bits to the role, however, the biggest part of the role is to ensure that Examiners are able to work productivity and ensure that they are able to use the meeting room. Part this was trying ensures temp workers were made to feel part of the team and taking a call that came thought regarding any of these meetings. This is also alongside this the day to day role was handle the ticket that was log by the business via the helpdesk and ensuring that this was resolving in a timely manly. I also help with the service request that comes in. Parts of this involved imaging Desktop and Laptops ready to hand over and set up for customer, I was heavily involved with the window 7 project, Original I move to the Window 7 project as part of rota that Desktop had, I was then moved to the project permanently, as part of the project I was responsible for deployments, as part of the deployments we made sure a full handover smooth handover with the users. As part of this project, I was responsible for getting some of the Cambridge assessment key legacy application working on window 7. I also help get Cambridge assessment estate get to 100 % Windows 7. The Windows 7 Project was a huge success and we were able to take this moment into rolling out window 10 to Cambridge Assessment. I have also done some overseas travel as part of this role this was to help Cambridge Assessment to understand the requirements of the overseas offices, I also fix any issue that I found whilst in the offices

I have been able to take this knowledge with me and was able to transfer this knowledge to other teams that I worked with. After moving on from a department I gave a PowerPoint Presentation to Senor Management to convey what I had learnt and offered suggestions where perhaps some processes could be improved. For my final presentation I gave a summary of what I had learnt about the business to the CEO, Head of IT and three other Directors and provided suggestions as to how the Graduate Scheme could be improved as I was the first person to have been selected to undertake this scheme.
