Leading a team of 6 planning engineers and 3 support planning engineers to drive continuous improvement in the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance. Currently leading workflows to look at and update the asset data platform including upgrading of the current CMMS system. Ensuring continued accreditation to ISO55001 is maintained and developed to demonstrate excellent asset management.Key Responsibility’s • Lead, motivate and manage the Engineering planning team to deliver an efficient and compliant maintenance plan for Gatwick assets.• Subject matter expert for Asset Management and for the development and continual improvement of the Asset Management System including continued certification to ISO55001 as well as the delivery of best practice approaches to asset maintenance & asset management activities. • Manage and continually improve the asset stewardship programme, driving towards a robust and achievable process that delivers towards the asset renewal programme.• Ensure delivery of the agreed asset management strategies during the creation, operation, maintenance, change and disposal stages of asset lifecycles. • Maximise the opportunities for operational excellence through best practice asset management techniques, including optimising the use of the CMMS and RCM. • Maintain and continuously improve the delivery of integrated planning covering all asset operations including; Airfield, Terminal, Property & Engineering assets. • Develop meaningful relationships with other Business Stakeholders to create an integrated planning approach for their areas against the required levels of asset performance, condition & integrity.
